If you have wild rose hips in your area, collect them as a winter source of natural vitamin C! They make a wonderful water-bath canned syrup or you can infuse ’em in vinegar and keep the benefit of all the raw vitamins!
Rose Hip & Lemon Water
- 1 quart mason jar to drink from (cause jars are the best!)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 C rose hip syrup (or 2 Tbs rose hip vinegar)
- optional: 3-4 drops stevia
Directions: juice the whole lemon and pour into drinking jar. Add 1/2 C rose hip syrup. Fill remaining space with water and drink ‘to your good health’
